Award Winner 2020/2021

In October 2020 we were awarded the Tag der Clubkultur Award by the Clubcommission.
In June 2021 we were awarded the “Applaus Award “of the Initiative Musik in the category Music Series and in October 2021 the “Listen to Berlin Award” of the Land Berlin followed where we were awarded in the category Promotion and Development of Berlin Music Culture.

Wer sind wir??

Freak de l’Afrique ist ein in Berlin gegründetes Kollektiv aus DJs, MCs, Tänzer:innen & Eventmanager:innen aus ganz Deutschland, die eine Leidenschaft für Afrikas modernen Club Sound teilen. Ihre erste Party namens Afro Heat fand 2012 im legendären Cookies Nightclub statt. Heute veranstaltet FDLA einige der größten Club Nights wie Cirque de l’Afrique, Black Paper, Bantu’s Diary & The Afro House Xperience.
